Ok...you don't just get on Metformin. It is a diabetic med RX'd by a dr. If you're not diabetic, u can't just go get it. And I call BS on Nicole Ryan & those drops saying she lost 120 lbs in 10 days.....

i have pcos and switched to low carb 18 months ago and ive lost 112 lbs. metformin and progesterone did nothing for me but low carb living has changed everything.
