Side Effects: Nothing! I haven't had a period since I started taking it. I have no mood swings, no breakthrough bleeding, it's a fabulous pill.

Side Effects: So far just depression, minor headaches, and insomnia. Isn't helping my acne as much as I wanted it to. My dermotologist must be crazy...who's ever heard of taking Bactrim for acne?
