“ought the twin pack at Costco, tried it for the flirst time Monday night (1 ea. 25 mg pill), went to bed early at 8:30. 20 minutes later it kicked in and I woke up 9 hours later. 3 cups of coffee, could not get my brain in gear. It's now 11:00 AM at work, still feel foggy, a bit faint. People at work are asking if I'm OK today. Feels similar to not getting any sleep at all. ”

“Side Effects: It helpes me call asleep pretty quickly and I stay asleep all night. The only thing I don't like is I feel tired and groggy the next day. I almost always have to end up taking a nap.
