scum1 said... I drink them with no issues. I have also met some people who drank only ensure for like 2 months and swore it put hem in remission since it "rested the gut". Not sure I believe that tho...

Those ingredients differ to the ones on the tin I'm using, I have the regular vanilla flavour... The one I have doesn't have carrageenan in it, apparently... It's not in the list anyway I wasn't real...

I tried Ensure Plus to gain weight since i have been always underweight. But it made my UC symptoms worst. I tried drinking only 1 a day and i started having abdominal cramps and diarrhea the next day...

Wish I could've used it. But: Made my UC symptoms so much worse! Must've been the dairy, soy, as well as several irritants to digestive track like carrageenan.

Except for Vit-D, most of the supplements people use are not the average ones that are drinks like Ensure. Things like amino-acids, slippery elm, tumeric ... those are not the daily recommended vitami...
