I do the injections and yes they are a TON better than the pills. The pills made me deathly ill. The injections don't bother me except I get a little tired.

I've been on methotrexate for about 9 months now. I am taking Biotin and that's helping some with the hair loss and I notice a lot of new hair growth coming in. Just FYI.

I lost half my hair on methotrexate but am now taking biotin and that's helping a LOT. I take about 10,000 units of biotin a day.
