It seems to work well to control bone pain until it wears off but the FDA and other research centers should do further studies to find out why it causes weight gain. From what I've been reading it seems to happen to people 40 and older most often.

On this medication for 2 years now. Took at least 6 months before I noticed any difference. Could not be out in sun for more than 10 minutes as I developed a sun sensitivity even with 3 coats of 60 ...
