Hi there, Please what ever you do,,,Don't just remove the patch ....it's deadly! You can actually die. I've been on 25 for 2 years, I've managed to get down to 12mg. The only safe way to do this...

Don't ever go cold turkey unless you are dropping from 25mcg or 11.5mcg. It's best to come down slowly in increments of 25 every two to four weeks.
