Heart Rate

I take 25mg BID and I suppose it's working. Heart rate during afib never more than about 80-90 bpm. No apparent side effects.

... and just before finishing one of those I read the ingredients. It contains high fructose corn syrup. I avidly avoid high fructose corn syrup in any and all food and drink. So sad to discover it's in Z...

This medication takes a while to set in. Once it does, I am out. The first time I took it,I slept for a full 12 hours! So, I now take less than the recommended dosage so that I don't oversleep as well...
