“Most effective antihistamine I've used for environmental allergens and MCAS related angioedema and urticaria flare ups but the bipolar-like manic feeling and inadvertent behavior symptoms are too much to contend with. Also induces balance issues and intention tremor for me. I had these same side effects when I last used it daily, longer than a week, a few years ago. I have used it no more than an occasional single dose, less than once and had no side effects. Regular use seems to be what triggers these manic symptoms that cease within 10 days of discontinuing.”
