Silenor

Silenor is a great medication (I tried many) with no side effects or a feeling of dizziness the next morning, that is usual for most of insomnia drugs that I was on.

Doxepin Hydrochloride

Took 100 mg first time at bedtime. Slept well but woke up groggy. Felt bad all day and could fall back asleep just by closing my eyes for 10 seconds. Sluggish, tired. dizzy , etc.

Side Effects: A little dizzy and tired, dreams most every night. When I first started the Doxepin, I was on Prednisone as well, so I gained a lot of weight but I don't think it was from the Doxepin....
