It got my t-cell count up and viral load down but I couldn't tolereate it because of the night terrors(most likely a side effect from the Sustiva in it)

Other than the really vivid dreams/nightmares and the occasional insomnia, atripla is very easy to tolerate and very easy to take.

Tom I am taking Atripla, once a day at night, nightmares sometimes.
