Side Effects: could not sleep, stomach pain, joint pain, severe constipation. Felt terrible! Was afraid I had a serious disease! Would rather deal with allergies!

Side Effects: Taking at night, once every other night, but the next morning my whole body aches, feel more tired, irritable. But, it does work on hives.
