Take 300mg every 8hours. Has helped somewhat with the coldness in my feet due to neuropathy. However, I have dry mouth, weight gain and back pain.

used for dibetic nuropathy. feeling lost in both feet. feet always felt cold to the touch. return of partial feeling in feet. able to feel pain (as in stubbed toe!)and now feet |"warm" up.
