Asacol (mesalamine): Gave me severe abdominal pain and retried it 3 times. I think it did damage to my colon but some people do alright on it.

... much smaller then other drugs I've taken for my Ulcerative Colitis. However, the Asacol made me very ill. I had to stopped taking it after only 3 days because I had severe abdominal pain and bleeding....
