Nortriptyline Was a nightmare, did very little to help me and made me hungry 24-7. If I didn't eat when the hunger started I felt very sick to my stomach.

... three weeks it says to in the paperwork, and then maybe... I tried ami for a while too. It did well until my body adjusted to it, but I had some crazy sides apparently and I was hungry ALL the time....
